If an order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
Shipping damage claims are handled on a case-by-case basis through the carrier.

Each kit is custom-assembled based on the specific information provided by the customer. This process includes ordering materials, cutting components to size, packaging, and shipping preparation. Because of the labor and cost involved, we cannot resell or reuse returned kits.
